I am in the process of setting up sole proprietor in the Netherlands, provides AI education and related services for adults. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, shared, and protected when people visit the website, request information, or use the services.

If someone does not agree with this Privacy Policy, they should not use the website or services.

  • request deletion of personal data;

  • object to certain processing, including direct marketing; and
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

The services are intended for adults. Personal data is not knowingly collected from children under 16, or the minimum age of digital consent in the relevant country if higher. If such data is believed to have been collected, contact should be made so that it can be deleted.

If a visitor is a California resident, they may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what categories of personal information are collected, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
